Ontario Renovates Program

Ontario Renovates helps people with disabilities and seniors in Ontario over 60 years old renovate their homes.

Thinking about getting your roof repaired but worried about the cost? The Ontario Renovates Home Repair Program (OHPI) might be the solution.

Here at Davidoff Roofing, we’ve had the pleasure of working with several homeowners referred through this program, helping them achieve a safer, more secure home.

How Does the Ontario Renovates Program Work in London?

Funded by the Federal and Provincial governments, the Ontario Renovates Program provides financial assistance to low to moderate-income households, focusing on seniors aged 60 or older and individuals with disabilities. Administered by the City of London, the program extends support to homeowners and landlord/tenant rental units in London and Middlesex County.

If you meet certain income eligibility criteria and own a home, you may qualify for up to $25,000 in forgivable loans to keep your home in good repair or install accessibility features. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.

What Roof Repairs Qualify for Funding?

At Davidoff Roofing, we understand the importance of a safe and secure roof, especially for seniors and people with disabilities. We’re a fully licensed and insured roofing company in London with a strong reputation for quality work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service.

The Ontario Renovates Program can help with a variety of essential roof repairs, including:

  • Shingle replacement
  • Roof leak repair
  • Flashing repair
  • Soffit and fascia repairs

Remember: Funding is limited, so it’s recommended to apply as soon as possible.
